It is up to the customer to decide whether he wants us to design and produce the components starting from the development up to the complete assembly in the construction process, i.e. supervision of the development.
- Injection moulds, die casting moulds, rubber forms, 2-K, cold chamber moulds, moulds for galvanic parts or paint, for surface parts or precision functional parts
- Creation of the initial sample test report and injection or casting of the initial samples
- Design and manufacture of deburring tools (punching or fine cutting)
- Design and manufacture of gauges (control and measuring gauges)
- Design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures and special machines),
or perhaps only sees us as a strong partner for one of these tasks.
We are always ready to find a solution for your requirements, no matter in what scale.
Thanks to years of experience in pre-series and prototype moulds, we are able to produce initial samples quickly and, depending on the design, at extremely attractive prices. In case it should go even faster, the customer may of course request these first samples (aluminium, plastic, zamac, brass etc.) milled by us.
